1. How do I place a wholesale order? [top]

You can either use the Internet, fax, or phone to place an order from ener-chi. 
We will also mail you our line sheet by request.

2. What do you need from me to place a wholesale order? [top]

To place a wholesale order, we need your federal tax id number. company name and contact person.   We also require your bill to and ship to address, phone number and fax.  Click here to go to our online application form to create a wholesale account.

Once approved, ener-chi will send you via email and/or telephone your password so you can log on.  It usually happens within 48hrs.

3. Can I make a sales consultation appointment? [top]

Yes.   We highly recommend you email or call us for sales advice and instructions.   Because of time constraints, often the best manner is to email us with some available times you would like to talk and we will email back, confirming the date.

All buyers are welcome to come to our showroom in Santa Monica, California to look at the line in person.  We would love to formally meet you and learn more about you.

4. Does ener-chi have reps? [top]

Currently, no  We have tried reps but because we fancy ourselves as a small intimate line, we find that we prefer to deal directly with our clients.  I like to think of it as homecooking.

5. What are ener-chi’s signature pieces? [top]

Ener-chi is addicted to color.  All our colors are inspired from nature and breathtaking.   You will want to collect them all.

With this in mind, our chi-splash fold overs and tank tops instantly became our best seller because it combines two of ener-chi’s colors into one.

Other signature pieces are our ener-chi classic tank, the balance is everything tank and our long sleeve squig shirt. 

6. What type of payments do you accept? [top]

Credit Card or COD.

We are not factored so we avoid NET 30.  However, after we have developed a working relationship with you, NET 30 will become available.

7. What is your minimum dollar amount per order? [top]

Ener-chi’s minimum initial wholesale order is $500.00 after the initial order; wholesale reorders must be a minimum of $250.

8. What are your quantity and size ratios? [top]

With tank tops, it is 5 pieces per style/per color.
With our sport bra it is one small, two medium, one large.
With our fold over pants, it is a 2 small, 2 medium, 1 large. 

9. Will you send us a sample product? [top]

We prefer not to because of time constraint.  However, we understand that retail is a tactile business.  If you desire, we will send you a sample or samples.  You will have to give us your credit card and pay for shipping.

10. What are your shipping windows? [top]

Shipping usually takes between six and seven weeks.   The 10th day of each month serves as the cut off.  For example, if you wanted merchandise in your store for March 1st you would need to order by January 10th.

11. Are immediates available? [top]

Yes.  Often we have stock in-house and will ship immediately.  Please contact customerservice@enerchi.com to find out about immediate inventory.   Also please note that ratio’s do not apply to immediates.

12. Do you attend trade shows? [top]

We currently do not attend wholesale trade shows.  If you know of any you think we should attend, please contact us at customerservice@enerchi.com.   We don’t do this because ener-chi is an intimate company and we feel we get lost in the shuffle at these big venues.

However, we do attend direct to public tradeshows such as Yoga Journal’s Estes Park Show or Omega’s Fitness Show.  

If you are in the vicinity please come visit us.  If you know a good show, please recommend one.

13. Do you sell internationally? [top]

Yes.  But this requires special processing.  Tariffs, custom duties, etc. must be taken into account.

14. Do you private label? [top]

We prefer to avoid it but several companies love our colors, cut, and style so much that they insist.  To do it, minimum orders must be $5000.00.   Also, if you require artwork, we take no responsibility in damaged screen work.

15. Can I refer you to another store? [top]

If you have a friend who owns another boutique/spa/studio that isn’t within a conflicting location, we would love the lead.  Ener-chi wants to grow organically, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

16. Do you offer refunds or exchanges? [top]

Ener-chi will exchange or refund any items shipped “damage”.    All goods must be inspected within five business days for a refund or exchange.

Also,  if you are unhappy with sizing, we will either exchange or refund the merchandise.  Once again, inspection must take place within five business days.

17. How long has ener-chi been in business? [top]

Ener-chi began in 2000.  We are a small, intimate company seeking like minds.    We call this “spreading the chi”.
